Terms and Conditions

Prices shown on this website are indicative and based on standard conditions. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the scope, date and price with you in writing, including by WhatsApp or email.

If a job turns out to differ materially from what was described — significantly more units, heavier soiling, restricted access — we will tell you before continuing and agree any change in price with you first.

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, and to tell us in advance about anything we need to know: alarm codes, pets, fragile or valuable items, and any known hazards.

If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged.

We carry out all services with reasonable skill and care, using the products and methods described to you.

Cleaning results depend on the age, material and existing condition of the surfaces and furnishings involved. We cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, mark or odour. Where we think a particular result is unlikely, we will tell you before starting rather than after.

If something is damaged through our negligence, please tell us within 48 hours of the service so we can inspect it and put it right.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear, for damage to items that were not disclosed to us as fragile or valuable, or for indirect losses such as loss of profit or inconvenience.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Payment is due as stated on your invoice, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
